Job Duties and Qualifications
* Under direct supervision, performs the basic operations to manufacture Motor Lead Extension (MLE) Cables.
* Performs pressure and electrical tests on manufactured MLE's
* Spools MLE's into coils from Master Reel, and packages completed MLE's for stock.
* Completes and maintains associated paperwork and logs production time via manufacturing Kiosks.
* Required to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and use a variety of hand and power tools and also a laser engraver.
* This is an entry level position where the employee is expected to learn all relevant company HSE policies and procedures and to demonstrate their application into his/her duties.
Requirements
* High school diploma, or equivalent required
* The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
* Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required; Basic computer skills are preferred.
* No previous experience required.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
