**About the Role:**

As a CBRE CAD Designer, you will design and prepare electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects.

This job is part of the Design function. They are responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.

**What Youll Do:**

+ Prepare prints of various original plans and records for internal and external agency use. Review updated various drawings for changes, utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques.

+ Gather data to complete drawings by visiting the site directly. Conduct surveys of space and prepare detailed reports.

+ Assist with the development of maps and drawings that are spatially accurate and technically correct.

+ Point of contact for internal and external partners to obtain details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.

+ Collect on-site information and input into database to maintain current building conditions and data.

+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

+ Impact the quality of own work.

+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.

**What Youll Need:**

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CAD Designer is $70,000 annually [or $33.66 per hour] and the maximum salary for the CAD Designer is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
