This position will base out of our Destin, FL location and be a valued member of the BE-CI organization.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe CADD Operator is a non-exempt salary position with paid overtime for employees working primarily in an office environment. The position involves creation of drawings, details, plan views, elevations, sections and performing take-offs in conjunction with a member of BECI's production staff. Additionally, this position includes assisting the Company with the production of work product for box store clients. Compliance with the BECI CADD standards, client CADD standards, and generally accepted industry practices are a requirement of this position. - Education (required): Associate Degree 2-Year and a minimum of 2 years actively working in the construction industry or Bachelors Degree from an Accredited 4-year University (Preferably: Engineering, Construction Management and/or Architecture).
- Certification (preferred): Achieved from recognized construction and building envelope related organizations such as: IIBEC, Inc., CSI, ACI, ASCE, etc.
- Experience (preferred): minimum of two (2) years of work experience in business office or business environment
