Gem is opening a new daytime concept and looking to hire cooks & bakers for the opening team!A cafe cook will be responsible for production and service of all food items. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Showing up to work on time with specified uniform
- Organizing and communicating shift coverage in advance
- Responsible for daily prep list as assigned by kitchen manager
- Handle production of baked goods, bread, prepared goods, and more
- Work service effectively and efficiently
- Cleaning and organization of kitchen
- Assisting with ordering
- Weekly deep cleaning
- Basement organization
- Clocking in and clocking out
- Ability to stand 8 hours a day
