Job Description:

The Caf Deli Service Team Member is responsible for an array of tasks to include, first and foremost, providing outstanding extra mile service to our guests, along with stocking the pastry case; and ensuring a sparkling clean caf area. Caf Deli Service team members have an in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings and are always available to answer guest questions. The Ideal Candidate will:
  • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest,
  • Maintains an orderly station in which surfaces are continually wiped down and supplies are fully stocked
  • Correctly identifies weighed products and maintains accuracy when weighing items including using appropriate tares
  • Properly bags or wraps guests' products as necessary
  • Completes all side work as assigned by various task sheets as well as any side work assigned by the Caf Chef
