Job Purpose: The Food Service Manager oversees the essential operations and functions of the Front of House. Job Duties: •Operate within budget and identify new ways to develop operations •Enter and review payroll •Oversee staff training, coaching, and development •Oversee all FOH (Front of House) caf operations •Assist with employee meetings and reviews •Enforce staff compliance with uniforms and appearance •Manage staff compliance with proper sanitation and cleanliness Skills/Qualifications: •Associate's Degree in Hospitality Management •2 years of foodservice experience, minimum 1 year at supervisory level •Experience with scheduling, training, management, and staff development •Knowledge of basic caf operations, company policies and procedures •Exceptional knowledge of cash handling and bank report reconciliation •Experience performing safe audits and accounting compliance •Must have reliable transportation Benefits:
