**Job Summary**
Full Time Position. 11a-7pm Prepare salads, desserts and other specialty items according to the menu and standard recipes. Monitors inventory and creates order sheet by vendor. Oversees the cleaning of the cafeteria by establishing a cleaning schedule and logging individual progress. Cleans, refills, and monitors the soda room contacting all vendors when service is required. Collaborates with staff to determine, schedule and oversee the weekly specials. Sets up cafeteria. Serving and waiting on patients, staff and visitors in a professional manner ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Serve Safe Certificate preferred.
* Ability to speak, read, write and understand English and use of basic math.
* Basic computer skills required- Word, Excel, email and order entry.
* Previous experience in food service preparation preferred
