DUTIES: -Assist in production and service of meals -Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and as directed -Follow strict food safety, allergen, nutrition, and portion control guidelines -Record accurate meal counts -Handle mondy accurately and cash out students and adults as needed - Any other duties as assigned by the Managers or Director SALARY: As per negotiated contract HOURS: 6 hour position, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
