It has also established the world's largest digital station network.Reporting to the Last Mile Regional Operations Manager , the Regional Last Mile Operations Manager aims to ensure delivery operations in terms of productivity, quality, costs and customer satisfaction.The Last Mile Operations Manager leads a team of 10 people and ensures coordination with the Sorting Center, Linehaul, Quality, Delivery Providers teams, among others.Team management* Management of a team of 10 people.* Organization of work shifts, team scheduling and vacations/absences.Organization of operations* Programming of daily and weekly operations according to the projection of parcels and the capacity of the partners.* Control of backlog and residence time of parcels.* Coordination with internal teams: Linehaul, Sorting Center, Commercial Team, Quality, Projects, etc.Partnership management* Coordination of delivery partners: capacities, scheduling of work days, etc.* Management of distribution of distributors.* SLA control and reporting.Costs control* Monitoring and control of the costs of routes and deliveries.* Implementation of improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.QA* Control of quality indicators and customer satisfaction* Coordination with the quality team for the daily and weekly monitoring of quality KPIs.Experience* 5 years in similar positionMandatory Knowledge* Fluent English written and spoken.* Pack Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint.* WMS user experience* KPI Management and result orientation* Reporting and root causes analysesConfirmed skills* Cost Management Experience.* Leadership : Local team and partner's teams.* Communication / Internal and external.Cainiao Four GenesLong-term Commitment.
