Job description:
* Management of sorting operations, including operational plans, sorting capacity, personnel planning, etc.
* Planning of daily and weekly operations based on parcel projections and delivery partner capacity.
* Coordination with internal teams: Linehaul, Delivery, Commercial, Quality, Projects, etc.
* Monitoring and control of operating costs and material consumption.
* Control of quality indicators and customer satisfaction.
* Coordination with quality team for daily and weekly monitoring of quality indicators.Experience
* 5 years in a similar position.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Pack Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Experience with WMS
* KPI management and results orientation.
* Reporting and root cause analysis.
