Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our Cold Stone Creamery team. In this role, you will be responsible for decorating our Signature ice cream cakes of various sizes and creating custom cakes according to customer specifications. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a flair for creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate a variety of Signature and custom ice cream cakes.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill specific cake design requests.
• Assist in the preparation of additional dessert items, including ice cream sandwiches, cookies, cupcakes, caramel apples, and other treats.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support as a crew member when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to decorate cakes effectively; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and complete tasks efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
