We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Calibration Technician to join our team. As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for performing calibration, maintenance, and repair activities on a wide range of measurements and equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure thatour required standards and specifications for accurate and reliable measurements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Replacing consumable components on data loggers using hand tools.Perform calibration of product to exact specifications.Operate deep well baths, temperature/humidity chambers, pressure fixtures and equipment.Work with various calibration media, i.e., silicone oils, compressed nitrogen, methanol.Continuously train on the safe and proper method of calibrating all MadgeTech products.Grasp the functionality of proprietary software in performing calibrations and evaluating the results.Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of calibration projects.Maintain calibration records and documentation in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.Highly organized, detail-oriented.Bring a strong work ethic and an open mind for learning new skills.Capable of working well in a fast-paced environment.The ability to respond to changing priorities throughout the workday.Proficiency in using calibration software and other relevant tools.Strong analytical computer skills.Ability to prioritize and be self-directed to meet department needs.
