This is role for a key individual who will work full time at a Keysight calibration site located in Richardson, TX. Responsibilities
  • Perform work related to the calibration of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment.
  • A background in electronic test equipment is desired with a strong foundation in Power supply and Electronic load calibration.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand electronic theory.
  • Able to utilize written and automated calibration procedures.
  • Work with IT to ensure automation is running efficiently as possible.
  • Evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required
  • Accurately enters data into Calibration management software and datasheets.
  • Install software and firmware upgrades that may include re-image of the customer's instrument.
  • Use and update internal Keysight Delivery Databases manage, coordinate, and update equipment information and service activities.
  • Adheres to company and quality policies and procedures.
QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years relevant experience, with typically 8+ years practical experience. University degree or certificate is desired but not required.Position requires:• 5+ years directly related experience as Field Service Engineer or Calibration Engineer/Technician • Expert skills in the calibration all types of Keysight and Multivendor Test Equipment• Experience using automated calibration software platforms (STE, MetCal, Surecal, PC Based, etc) is a plus• Strong interfacing skillsPay Range:USD $62,510.00 - USD $104,180.00 Year Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
