We are hiring for the roles of Research Associate / Data Analyst to strengthen our outbound research capabilities to work with our brand partners to perform research into the Higher Education and K-12 school districts across the United States.

What You'll Do for Us: Your primary responsibility will be to research and verify contact information of the districts leadership positions across the US K-12 and Higher Education. You will be responsible for contacting the districts, navigating phone trees to confirm the correct phone numbers, emails, and any other relavent information that is provided to you to be verified. Accurately enter the verified information into our database once confirmed. Understands performance metrics and apply knowledge to improve quality and capabilities to meet and/or exceed goals. Ensure new/revised processes are understood and immediately applied to research calls. Access multiple system applications simultaneously to effectively service customers. Actively participate and contribute in engagement and team building activities. Assist with projects per business needs.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (If no degree please highlight relevant experience)2+ years customer service, contact center, customer service or sales experience with great communication and people skills.Ability to think critically and quickly on phone calls to navigate to the right person to find out the data we need.CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) experience preferred, but not required. Ability to accurately input data, write routine reports and correspondence. Maintain a high-level of customer service expected. Proactive goal-oriented approach to decision making.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications):

Education: Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience. Degree equivalency experience. Experience conducting general administrative tasks such as, but not limited to: Outbound calling to find research, working in a customer success, sales, or related field. Performing data entry with a very high degree of accuracy. Entering and tracking information in databases

REQUIREMENTS: Strong spoken english skills. Proof of strong internet. Home laptop/work computer. Ability to communicate over the phone very clearly and able to navigate to the right contact within an organization.
