As a Call Center Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information Update customer information in the database accurately Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software If you are a team player with a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
