Job Summary:
The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. They are expected to resolve customer inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer surveys, or sales campaigns as required.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Achieve call handling quotas, response time goals, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and policy changes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
