In this exciting role, you'll be the friendly voice that greets callers for a diverse range of businesses we support. As the first point of contact, you'll play a critical role in shaping their experience.

Here's what a day in the life might look like:

• Deliver exceptional phone service with a smile - you are the face of the company you represent!
• Provide callers with a warm and professional first impression
• Schedule appointments and confirmations, ensuring smooth operation for our clients

To be a successful Ruby Receptionist, you'll possess the following:

• A naturally pleasant and charismatic personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
• Professionalism in both attitude and appearance
• A strong team player mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Punctuality, reliability, and a dedicated work ethic
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required

We are hiring for our two locations - Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. All interviews, however, will be completed at our Virginia Beach location.
