Job Description:

SalesBizLab We are is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in navigating company services and offerings.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
