Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Order Processing: Assist with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments as needed.
