Job Duties:
* Full Time - 32 hours minimum
* Flexible schedule: days, early mornings, over nights, weekends, holidays
* On-site position working in North Attleboro, MA
* Listen attentively and actively to callers
* Understand when a call needs to be escalated to management
* Record and organize all information provided by customers using computer software
* Ensure customer satisfaction with follow-up calls
* Able to handle multiple projects at once
* Receptive to feedback
* Able to follow instructions with limited supervision
* Able to work quickly and accurately
Position Requirements
* Reliable transportation in all weather conditions
* Positive attitude and friendly voice
* Able to effectively communicate professionally via telephone and email
* Proficient computer and typing skills
* Dependable during busy snow season
* Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
