LOCATION: The Bronx (onsite)COMPENSATION: $18.00/ hr. + excellent benefitsEMPLOYMENT: Full-timeSHIFT: 6AM shift to completion weekends are a must EXPERIENCE: 1-2+ year'sSeeking experienced Customer Service / Field-Dispatchers who will be responsible for troubleshooting high-volume inbound calls from customers, relaying information to the Transportation Department, and facilitating solutions with on-the-ground operations teams.QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST ALSO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED:
- At least 1+ years prior Dispatching or Call Center troubleshooting experience working in a mid-to-large call center
- Ability to multi-task with Maps and Customers. Any of the above including fast paced high volume
- Must have good computer skills
Weekends are a MUST!Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes depending on business needsQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- High-volume calls (100-200 calls/day)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish is plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
