The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of calls, assisting customers with questions, concerns, or requests related to FreshFormDraft's products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Product Information: Provide customers with accurate and detailed information regarding the company's offerings.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer management system.
  • Follow-up: Make follow-up calls to ensure that customer issues have been resolved and provide additional assistance if needed.
  • Escalations: Forward more complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure a smooth resolution of customer problems.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
