Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative Location:Doral, FL Schedule: Morining and Afternoon Schedulesmust be availblae to work 1 weekend day and overtime when needed Pay-rate: $21 p/h Must be available to start immediately if selected. Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively resolve patient concerns or questions
- Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate health information to patients
- Proficiency in Oulook, Excel, Microsoft, and other computer application
