**Description**
The Call Center Manager is responsible for coaching & developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. They will serve as a team mentor by providing quality coaching & skills development while adhering to the mission, vision, and values of the College. This position will help drive overall performance and adherence to regulations by developing associates key skills & competencies within a call center environment. This is NOT a virtual position.
**Qualifications****:**
* Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution required.
* 2 to 4 years previous experience in a call center, sales or in a supervisor role.
* Proven ability to train & coach on consultative, enrollment related techniques.
* Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems and CRM.
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, problem solving, mentoring, communication and conflict resolution skills.
**Preferred qualifications****:**
* Masters Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
* Expertise with Five9, Oracle CRM, BANNER, LivePerson Chat, Microsoft Office
