Location: Richmond,VA, USA
Must Haves:
· 1-2 years Inbound Call Center experience
· Strong Customer Service skills and Professionalism

Pluses:
· Any healthcare or provider/physician contact center experience
· Experience working within managed care provider setting (coding, billing, etc.)
Day to day:
Insight Global is looking for a Inbound Call Center Representative. This person will be taking 30-40 inbound calls on average from providers and/or patients and walking through their healthcare insurance. Training is provided and will be 6-8 weeks, potential for remote after 90 days. This person will be measured on KPI's and standards of the contract. This will be a 4-month contract with extensions and possible hire.
