• Excel at basic math, including calculating percentages.
• Are team players who can also work independently.
• Maintain professionalism, accountability, and emotional control in high-pressure situations.

Bonus Skills: Strong negotiation experience and a history of achieving measurable goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to resolve customer accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and develop effective resolutions for past-due balances.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment that supports teamwork.
• Set and achieve attainable goals while demonstrating consistent effort.

Training Program:

New hires will participate in a mandatory three-week training program designed to set you up for success.

Work Schedule:

• Mondays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fridays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Environment:

This is an on-site position in our Greensboro, NC call center, offering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Hybrid-remote scheduling is available after probationary period.
