Bonus Skills: Strong negotiation experience and a history of achieving measurable goals.Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to resolve customer accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and develop effective resolutions for past-due balances.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that supports teamwork.
- Set and achieve attainable goals while demonstrating consistent effort.
Training Program:New hires will participate in a mandatory three-week training program designed to set you up for success.Work Schedule:
- Mondays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fridays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Environment:This is an on-site position in our Greensboro, NC call center, offering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
