Utilities Employees Credit Union (UECU) is seeking a full-time Call Center Member Services Representative for our growing department to assist our members. These dedicated individuals work in our fast-paced call center and lobby assistingour members with all of their financial needs and questions. Duties vary from transferring funds, cashing checks, making deposits, issuing withdrawal checks, and helping a member determine if a new product or service is beneficial for them.
*This position requires the ability to be on the phone throughout the entire shift*

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 months' customer service experience and the following skills:
