Job Title: Escalations Representative

Location: Alton, IL (On-site)

Employment Type: 6 month contract with the protentional to extend based on performance

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Expected Start Date: October 28, 2024

Our client is seeking a Contingent Escalations Representative to join their team in Alton, IL. In this role, you will support escalations, perform routine customer service tasks, and seek opportunities to improve individual work processes within established procedures. This is a contract position for a duration of 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle routine transactional or customer support tasks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

+ Escalate questions and unresolved issues to supervisors as necessary.

+ Provide basic information to clients and ensure that their inquiries are addressed.

+ Look for ways to improve individual work processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

+ Regularly communicate with supervisors to receive guidance and direction on escalated matters.

Required Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 6 months of experience in one or more of the following areas: Call center, Financial Services, Underwriting, or Quality Assurance.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally and courteously.

+ Demonstrated ability to handle escalated inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

+ Ability to work under established procedures and seek improvements when possible.

Work Environment:

+ In-office role located in, Alton, IL.

+ Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM (likely until 5 PM).
