Our clientis seeking a Call center associateto join their team. As a call center associates, you will be part of the call center teamsupporting customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will have communication, multi-tasking, technical skillswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Call Center Associates

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Range: $16.00-$18.00

Whats the Job?

• Provide electronic product and application end users with operational and technical assistance.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers via telephone.
• ability to assess and respond to customers needs.
• Determine call resolution and document calls appropriately.

Whats Needed?

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of help desk/ IT experience
• Ability to work between the hours of 5am - 7pm (40 hours total)
