Responsibilities Summary:

  • Manage Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Generate Leads: Identify customer needs and create sales leads.
  • Build Relationships: Develop trust and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Provide Information: Offer accurate and complete information about products and services.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet sales and call handling quotas.
  • Handle Complaints: Resolve customer issues and ensure follow-up.
  • Keep Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts.
  • Follow Procedures: Adhere to communication guidelines and policies.
  • Engage Customers: Enhance customer experience through proactive engagement.
  • Refer Dealers: Connect customers with dealers for sales or service, and provide warranty and product information.
  • Triage Products: Manage issues with remote access or Wi-Fi capable products and refer to appropriate departments.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to type 35-45 words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
