Description:

• Updated existing records with new or revised information as needed.
• Analyzed employee data to ensure accuracy prior to open enrollment period.
• Reviewed documents, such as applications, forms, contracts, and agreements, in order to verify accuracy prior to submission during the open enrollment period.
• Collaborated with other departments to resolve issues regarding incorrect data entries.
• Organized files according to established procedures for easy retrieval later on.
• Maintained confidentiality of sensitive information entered into the system.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a health care or insurance office.
• Prior pharmacy csr experience is a plus
• Prior administrative experience and data entry

Monday - Friday: 8:30a - 5:00pm

Remote position - candidates must be located within NY
