Responsibilities Summary:
- Manage Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Generate Leads: Identify customer needs and create sales leads.
- Build Relationships: Develop trust and maintain relationships with customers.
- Provide Information: Offer accurate and complete information about products and services.
- Achieve Targets: Meet sales and call handling quotas.
- Handle Complaints: Resolve customer issues and ensure follow-up.
- Keep Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to communication guidelines and policies.
- Engage Customers: Enhance customer experience through proactive engagement.
- Refer Dealers: Connect customers with dealers for sales or service, and provide warranty and product information.
- Triage Products: Manage issues with remote access or Wi-Fi capable products and refer to appropriate departments.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to type 35-45 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED.
