  • Must work 5 days between Monday - Saturday
  • 8-hour shift to be worked between 6 AM - 7 PM
  • Pay | $18 per hour
While outbound calling experience is preferred, we will hire the best fit for this position. Skills needed to succeed include proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, the ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, and being a team player.   • Be knowledgeable of company products/services.
  • Assist callers with inquiries and appointment settings.
  • Update files.
  • Communicate using scripts with customers.
  • Record conversations in the database.
