EZ Pro Baths Express is a premier bathroom remodeling company with five branches located throughout North Carolina. Our organization has grown significantly due to the quality of our product, expert installation and focus on customer satisfaction. As such, we are looking to add a skilled Inside sales agent. Inside sales agents are the first and last point of contacts for leads and customers. As an Inside Sales Agent, you are responsible for all aspects customer communication, including scheduling consultations, confirming appointments, managing the calendar, handling service calls, and relaying all lead or current customer-based inquiries through the proper channels to be resolved and completed.

Customer Service

As an Inside Sales Agent, you are expected to demonstrate a standard of excellent customer service. Below are requirements to be successful:

Greet walk-ins and call-ins in a courteous and professional manner

Listen effectively to customers requests and promptly take necessary actions to assist them.

Follow through with resulting the customers request by informing them of applicable delays in service.

Respond to inquiries by accurately qualifying the customers requests to create a quality appointment.

Follow scripting and keep up to date with any changes to the script or processes to adhere to customer relationship standards.

Scripting

Follow the provided scripting for customer relationship management. Utilize scripting to seize the opportunity to sell the customer on booking a Sales Appointments. You will use the same scripting while handling in person inquiries in the showroom to schedule appointments. Scripting is subject to change upon company development and process changes.

Call Quality

All calls are monitored and will be randomly checked for quality assurance. Employee expectations will be set and addressed by your Inside Sales Manager.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excel/Word experience
  • At least two years of Inside Sales experience
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer savvy
  • Must be positive and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
  • Must have a GREAT phone presence, customer service-oriented attitude and share our passion for exceptional service!
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter

Schedule:

  • Monday Thursday 12:pm- 8pm (but flexible
  • Saturday 9am-5pm
