- Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Troubleshooting: Assist customers in troubleshooting product/service-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, update records, and ensure all details are logged into the system.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Escalation Handling: Identify issues requiring escalation and pass them to the appropriate team members or supervisors.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
