Job Overview
Responsible to answer incoming calls for entire department, directing, and screening the call in a professional and customer service manner. Takes appropriate message to include paging the physician if required. Typically performs related clerical duties including sorting and sending mail. Specific duties may vary depending upon area in need.
Qualifications
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and no previous experience plus three months or less of on the job training and orientation.
