The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service over the phone, via email, or through chat. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information, troubleshooting problems, and guiding customers through product or service-related issues. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers to provide prompt and accurate information
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Provide product or service recommendations based on customer needs and interests
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Meet performance targets, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call scripts for consistency and clarity in communication
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with new products, services, and customer service techniques

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle high-pressure situations or irate customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting
