Job Description:

Adecco is assisting their client with their search for **Call Center Representatives.**

**Please note:** Must have a minimum of one year of recent call center experience.

**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract

**Start Date:** Within the next few weeks.

**Location:** Flexible / Not In Office

**Pay:** $16.00 to 16.00/hr

Responsibilities for the **Call Center Representative** job include but are not limited to:

Provides front line, direct contact with customers over the phone.

Informs customers of the organizations products and/or services.

Accurately collects pertinent information from customers.

Answers routine questions and resolves basic problems.

Refers more difficult items to higher level team members for guidance.

Show empathy while resolving their issue.

Follows standard screens/scripts to perform most tasks.

Navigates computer-based systems, maintains and updates company records as needed.

Maintains professionalism and effectively interacts with all contacts.

Processes and determines coverage by reviewing forms and other applicable records.

Take the initiative to truly understand the need of the caller & solve using your expertise.

Qualifications for this **Call Center Agent** job:

Completed High School Diploma or GED

One ( 1 ) year of recent call center experience is required

Excellent Customer Service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Microsoft based programs and computer products

Must be able to handle/process high call volumes.

An acute attention to detail/accuracy and effective note taking/documenting skills

Ability to work independently to problem solve, organize, and prioritize tasks.

Able to work effectively in a diverse work group and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.

Ability to communicate clearly, calmly & confidently on the telephone and email.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
