Job Description:

As a call center representative you will be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries from clients regarding our client's financial products and services, identifying immediate client needs to further deepen the relationship. The role demonstratessolid written, verbal and interpersonal skills to meet client satisfaction and productivity targets by understanding client needs, offering a resolution of issues and actively promoting our client's full range of products and services based on their financial needs and goals.

What you'll be doing

+ Answering calls: Handling both inbound and outbound calls

+ Providing information: Answering questions about products, services, and policies

+ Resolving issues: De-escalating situations with dissatisfied customers, troubleshooting, and guiding callers through the company's website or products

+ Processing requests: Taking orders, processing returns, and reviewing customer accounts

+ Maintaining customer satisfaction: Ensuring customers are heard and understood, and finding appropriate solutions to their issues.
