- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and other issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or departments when necessary.
- Provide information about company products and services, including promotions and offers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and thorough responses.
- Participate in training and ongoing coaching to improve performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain composure under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
