  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and call center software.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends if necessary.
