- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries regarding products, services, or account information
- Assist with troubleshooting issues, processing requests, and offering solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and update records as necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry while adhering to company guidelines
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Meet performance targets related to call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment is highly desirable
- GED or high school diploma required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology and using various software systems
