Call Center RepresentativeReports toCall Center ManagerStarting Pay:$12/hourSummaryThis position is responsible for doing everything necessary to maintain Louisiana Eye and Laser Center's growth, patient and physician satisfaction.Essential Functions:
- Handling a high volume of calls on a daily basis and take appropriate action for each call.
- Maintain and elevate customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn our information system quickly
- Able to speak with patients and how to educate them over the phone
- Meet customer service targets and goals
- Scheduling patients
- Monitoring provider schedules

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Experience working in a professional Call Center that is fast paced with heavy call volume (Preferred)
- Experience working in the ophthalmology/medical field (Preferred)
- Medical terminology knowledge (Preferred)
