Serve as a liaison between the patient/guarantor and St. Francis Hospital to answer questions, provideinformation, and resolve customer issues (i.e., patient charges, balance inquiries, payment arrangements, andfinancial assistance).

Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required
X Associate's degree X Preferred

Minimum Work Experience
Five (5) years of customer service experience, in a call center setting preferred
