Position Overview

Our customer is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join their team in Sacramento, CA. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support in the health care insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all members.

Pay Rate: $18.00- $20.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a call center environment.
• Respond to all member inquiries via telephone, email, chat, or fax.
• Assist members, providers, brokers, and plan partners with claims-related billing questions and issues as needed.
• Collaborate with both inter and intra-department staff to help resolve member issues within prescribed timeframes.
• Ensure that all interactions align with company standards and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, working effectively with others to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with health care insurance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to the role.
