- Ability to answer phones professionally
- Working knowledge and use of Call Center Operating Software;
- Ability to answer basic bookkeeping and loan inquiry calls without relaying messages to other employees or departments;
- Stop payments;
- Check Orders;
- Debit Card Restrictions;
- Ability to learn and discuss Account products;
- Consumer products;
- Business products;
- Interest Rates;
- Credit Card Information;
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Internet Banking/Mobile Banking
- Assisting Customer change passcode and login over the phone;
- Helping customer enroll in E-Statements
- Ability to reset internet banking passcodes
- Assist customer in downloading mobile banking app, accessing accounts, using app.
- Other Duties as assigned
