The Insurance/ Healthcare job family utilizing Call center knowledge and expertise on insurance and healthcare. Develops and implements general insurance and health policies in accordance with state and federal laws. Provides expertise to Providers regarding enrollment and CVO activity as it pertains to their submitted application. Responds to provider questions with intention to resolve problems/issues. Provides support and direction to caller/provider to locate information in GAMMIS for current and future needs. Advises provider on status relating to needed documents for final review and disposition of application. Your role in your mission Manage inbound calls from providers regarding CVO (Credentialing Verification Organization) and Provider Enrollment inquiries. Document each call by creating a CTN (Call Tracking Number) as a record. Escalate concerns and issues to management as needed. Actively contribute as a productive team member.
