Position: Call Center Retention Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM
Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from existing customers
Implement retention efforts to retain business
Address objections related to account concerns
Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner with the appropriate follow-up
Accurately record information into CRM database
Prepare outgoing correspondence
Demonstrate high-level customer service and professionalism
Meet department call metrics and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of related call center retention experience
Strong conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience using a CRM database preferred
