Call Center Sales RepresentativeJob DescriptionSummary:These sales positions answer all customer questions regardingcompany products and identify customer needs based on answers, data, andinformation. There are three sales levels in the call center: Parts Associate,Parts Pro, and Parts Expert.Main Duties and Responsibilities: All: Fields inboundcalls to identify customer needs, providing 2nd mile customerservice. Meets or exceeds minimum call quality mandates. Coordinates logistics of getting product shipped to customers. Grows product knowledge, efficiency levels, and weekly sales numbers. 100% use of Zing Tree as initial source of product identification. Uses concepts of CRM software as needed.Pro: Performs tasks above plus-Works towards being in top 50% ofsales staff in regards to calls fielded. Providescustomer resolution of issues with minimal call back, effort. Moves towards top 50%number of invoices, and dollar amount sold. Meet/exceeds minimum call mandateswith 6 consecutive weeks of call bonus. Completes 10 sales/product trainingmodules. Expert: Performs alltasks above plus-Completes all product knowledge modules. Performs job duties with minimal directionfrom supervisor. Works towards top 25% of sales staff inregards to calls fielded. Moves towards top 25% status number ofinvoices & dollar amount sold. Earns call bonus for 10 consecutive periods.Performs other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:High School diploma, or GED equivalent needed. Previous salesexperience needed.Excellent customer service skills required: Detail oriented, self-starter,focused & goal oriented.Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, andorganizational skills.Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.Must possess and maintain a positive attitude & a calmdemeanor when dealing with customers.
